CHILDREN'S CHURCH

We encourage families with children to attend all of our church functions, including our Sunday morning services.  During our Traditional Service after the Time for Children, children grades K-4th are welcome to attend Children's Church.  During this time, children are able to learn about worshipping God in a fun environment through singing, hands-on activities and creative lessons.       

Our Sunday School Classes are in session year round with new curriculum starting the Sunday after Labor Day.  The classes all begin at 9 am and end at 10 am every Sunday morning.  We currently have Sunday School Classes for:

• Early Elementary for children in kindergarten through second grade.
• Middle Elementary for children in grades third through fifth.
• Tweens is for youth grades sixth through eigth.
• EMERGE is for youth in high school.

Every summer we offer a 4-5 day program full of activities, music, food, Bible stories, and recreation all related to a specific theme.  We generally do this in the early evening, so parents can bring their children after work and stay and share the experience with their children.  At the end of the week, the children have an opportunity to show their parents and important people in their lives what they learned during the week.  Vacation Bible School is for children ages 4-12. 

These are special days during different times of the year designed to invite children who are not necessarily associated with our church to "meet Jesus" in neighborhood parks or at the church.  The children will enjoy games, crafts, snacks and learn about Jesus.  Children ages 4-12 are encourages to come and enjoy a fun-filled day. 

Youth Excitement is for youth grades 5th through 12th.  The Junior YE is for grades 5th through 8th, while the Senior YE is for grades 9th through 12th.  Each  group meets weekly  and shares a meal together, then break out groups will look at how God's word should influence how they should deal with today's issues facing our youth.  Through fellowship, games, building relationships and music the youth have a positive place to come and share God's glory together. 

     BIBLE STUDIES

There is a Bible study to meet everyone's personal growth needs.  During the year there are several types of Bible studies to join from:  youth/adult, men, women, couples, to financial enrichment.  Please view the announements or calendar for current Bible study classes. 

Support groups are designed to help encourage and give fellowship in your walk with God.  Pastor is also available to assist in supporting you individually in your walk with God.
